Pay: £13.68 - £14.68 per hour (Highly Competitive)
Contract: Temporary, Term Time (Full-time & Part-time options)
Start Date: Immediate / January 2026
The Role: Targeted Impact
Success in this role is measured by the progress of the students you support. Your day-to-day will involve:
Targeted Interventions: Delivering bespoke academic and behavioural support tailored to specific EHCP goals.
Emotional Regulation: Acting as a steady, supportive presence for students navigating social, emotional, or mental health challenges.
Inclusive Advocacy: Ensuring that students with complex needs are fully integrated into classroom life and celebrated for their "brave learning."
